At Chemistree Jeans, we’re committed to delivering your favorite denim styles quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us at support@chemistreejeans.com before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner name.
You can track your order anytime using the link provided or through the “Track Order” page on our website.

5. Undelivered Packages

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:

  • Re-delivery can be arranged with an additional shipping fee.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  1. Take a photo of the parcel and product.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at bgsclothing.pvt.ltd@gmail.com
    We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

8. Public Holidays

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next working day.
