Return & Exchange

At Chemistee Jeans, we want you to love every piece you purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges, as long as the request meets our policy guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Fresh Items: The request is raised within 9 days of the delivery date.

  • Sale Items: The request is raised within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The item is returned in the same condition as received.

Products that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear or undergarments

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased on final sale / clearance / discount above 40%


3. Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchanges depending on stock availability.
If the desired size or product is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or refund (based on eligibility).

To request an exchange, contact us at hello@chemisteejeans.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Preferred size or replacement item


4. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

Email us at hello@chemisteejeans.com within 9 days of delivery with your order ID and a short note about the issue.

Step 2: Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup or ask you to send the product to our warehouse address (shared via email).
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Step 3: Quality Check

After we receive your return, our team inspects the product.
If it passes the quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded once the product passes the quality check.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@chemisteejeans.com with unboxing images or videos.
We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund after verification.


7. Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for orders placed on www.chemisteejeans.com.

  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces must follow their respective policies.

  • Chemistee Jeans reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
